In the 90’s -- when we were printing over 50 million lines of labels and lists in October, and two dedicated Fedex trucks a day came to our office -- we were proud to be able to say that we shipped over 95% of all orders within 24 hours of receipt.

Today our customers would be shocked if it took that long. Most counts are available in less than 15 minutes, orders in an hour or two. Our proprietary on-line software allows an order to be entered and processed in a few minutes. The order, along with all counts and the projected invoice, are available for immediate web viewing. If the customer is satisfied with the order it can be downloaded from our web site a few minutes later. All this happens 24/7. Print takes a little longer, but we still are well within the 24 hour period.
