Our first "training
conference" was held Nov 12-13 in our Santa Clara
office. The primary objective of this conference
was to help you learn how to effectively use
the various tools The VCS Website has to offer,
for example, Stats, WebOrder, Tracking Jobs,
AutoCounts, AutoOrder and File transfers.

These functions compliment our staff services
and provide you with valuable information and service 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Even though you have probably used some or all of them, there have been a
number of important enhancements added over the past year. Participants got the
most up-to-date insights and understanding, and shared stories and tips with other users.
